Ranky — Privacy Policy
Ranky (“the app”) is a companion and statistics tool for Brawl Stars players. This policy explains exactly what the app collects, why, and how you remove it.
The app is operated by O GROUP MMC (registered in Azerbaijan, taxpayer ID / VÖEN 4202413611), the data controller for the processing described below.
1. What we collect

We never collect: your name, e-mail address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos (beyond a clip you deliberately upload), or payment details. Ranky contains no purchases.
2. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. It is processed by these providers so the app can work:
- Supabase — database, API and file storage.
- Google AdMob — advertising. Details
- Google Firebase — analytics, crash reporting and push notifications. Details
- Meta (Facebook) — app event measurement. Details
- Bunny.net — video hosting and delivery for uploaded clips.
- Supercell / RoyaleAPI proxy — the official Brawl Stars API, queried with your player tag only when you provide one.
3. Children
Ranky is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
4. Advertising and tracking
Ranky is free and supported by ads.
- On iOS, the app asks for permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt before any tracking. If you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalised.
- In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, a consent form appears before ads load, as required by GDPR. Your choice is stored and can be changed at any time.
- You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings at any time.
5. User-generated content and moderation
Chat posts, lobby listings and clips are public to other users. Ranky has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Every post can be reported with a reason, and any user can be blocked so their content disappears from your feed immediately. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; content that breaks the rules is removed and its author banned.
6. How long we keep it
- Content you post stays until you delete it or we remove it for a rules violation.
- Lobby listings expire automatically after 2 hours.
- Analytics and crash data follow the providers’ own retention periods (typically up to 14 months).
- Everything tied to your device identifier is erased when you delete your data.
7. Your rights and how to delete your data
You can delete everything at any time — no e-mail required:
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete my account.
You can also request deletion by e-mail. Full instructions and what gets erased are on the data deletion page.
Depending on where you live you may also have the right to access, correct, or object to the processing of your data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Contact us and we will help.
8. Security
Traffic between the app and our servers uses HTTPS. Database access is restricted: row-level security is enabled on every table and the app’s public key cannot read other users’ data directly — all access goes through server-side functions.
9. Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and note the change in the app.
