Delete your Ranky data
Ranky has no accounts — no e-mail, no password. Everything is tied to a random
identifier stored on your device, so deleting from inside the app is instant and
needs no verification.
Option 1 — delete it yourself in the app (fastest)
- Open Ranky.
- Go to More → Settings (gear icon).
- Scroll to the Account section.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Your data is erased immediately. You can keep using the app afterwards as a new, unrecognised device.
Option 2 — request deletion by e-mail
Send a message to pr@premate.gg with the subject “Ranky data deletion request”. If you know your Brawl Stars player tag, include it so we can find your records. Requests are completed within 30 days, usually much sooner.

Third-party data
Advertising and analytics identifiers held by Google and Meta are governed by their own policies. You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings, and on iOS you may withdraw tracking permission at any time under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
